VIRGINIA BEACH—Authorities have busted a methamphetamine lab at an apartment in the 400 block of 24 t h Street. On Nov. 19, several law enforcement agencies including the Virginia Beach Police Department, Virginia Beach Fire and EMS and the DEA executed a search warrant of the apartment.
