Blue Bell man charged with running meth lab
Police in Montgomery County have charged a Blue Bell man with operating a methamphetamine laboratory out of his home. Francis Nolan, 45, of Belfry Drive, was arrested Saturday after Whitpain Township officers responded to the report of a domestic dispute at that address, police said. The call was placed by Nolan’s elderly mother, according to authorities.
