Please help with me with this situation, possible assault case on a minor by stranger?

Question by Joe: Please help with me with this situation, possible assault case on a minor by stranger?
Recently an acquaintance and myself were visiting a local McDonald’s in order to pick up some lunch. As we were leaving he confronts a driver who parked in the drive through, yet decided to order by entering the building, his reason for doing this was having a compressor on the back of his automobile. The driver was clearly under the influence of methamphetamine or some other upper as he was inconsistent and frantic with his speaking, could not stay on a single topic, and had physical traits such as severely dilated eyes and “meth mouth” due to repeated use. In short he ended up calling us “queers” and asked if we liked “cocks” i was wrong in responding that “last time i checked i wasn’t the loser tossing salad in the local alley in order to score rock”. He responded by striking me several times in the face and knocking me out, my friend was shocked and was not respond to this unexpected assault. However, he did state that the vehicle was untagged making it nearly impossible to find the culprit. It should also be noted that we are both minors, 16, and this man was clearly in his early or mid 30’s. Is it possible to take legal actions against the McDonald’s corporation for not responding to this attack which happened in the entrance way of the restaurant?

you have no recourse against mcd’s at all, you running your mouth at some one is not their fault, the only person you can sue would be the guy that hit you, so as I am SURE you called the police and had them arrest him then you will have all his details.
