my birth mom did meth while i was inside her all the time she did it the morning i was born. i had major major withdraws and i now have ADHD. can the meth the i had in me still affect me as in like anger issues and trust issues and depression?

I suppose it might, but so can your diet. And if it IS the results of her usage, you might see some improvement through dietary changes. Do some exporation into vegan and macrobiotics. Dairy products can have those same type “symptoms” in a person who is sensitive to it. My anger and other erratic emotions improved dramatically when I eliminated dairy products including eggs.

It’s just as likely that being adopted (and so growing up with genetic strangers) have caused these issues, since adoptees are well known for being screwed up by adoption.

I suggest you give the book Primal Wound by Nancy Verrier a read – it could be very revealing for you.
