I feel very unhealthy. I’m not over weight but I feel out of shape. I wake up really groggy and I never have any energy. I am really ignorant when it comes to health and I need some advice. Thanks for any help

Here’s a link to a detox diet 🙂 I’m on a detox diet and it REALLY boots your energy and it helps you loose weight. It clenses your body too, but a smoothie detox diet really works too.

You feel out of shape? Take a thirty minute run every day-if you can. If not, do jumping jacks and squats in your house every morning. It really does help.
You wake up groggy? Get a healthy, balanced breakfast. Drink a nutritional drink like Ensure or Boost EVERY morning. Have some fiber too!
MILK! I personally won’t drink regular milk. I drink almond milk. But any milk has calcium. & calcium builds healthy, strong bones. DON’T drink soda. Soda has high-fructose corn syrup. This is extremely bad for you. Drink milk, juice, & water! Calcium, vitamin C, and just plain natural stuff from the earth.
FIBER! It speeds up your metabolism, which can help you lose weight & get in shape. Fiber One bars are amazing. Replace candy bars with these.
OATMEAL! SPAGHETTI! OTHER PASTA. GRANOLA BARS! CEREAL! A BASIC SALAD. FRUIT! NUTELLA! All of these are healthy foods that should be in your diet. Spaghetti has carbs, & carbs give you energy! Cereal has fiber, Nutella is a great replacement of candy, and fruit has nutrients you need!
If you have an iPhone, there is a really great app called Calorie Count. I don’t even use it to count calories. It has basically every food you can eat available to add into a food log. At the end of the day, it’ll tell you what you haven’t gotten enough of (calcium, vitamin C, fiber). This application is amazing.
