What do you know about them? They called me on a phone number they shouldn’t have and offered to “help” me with my student loans.

I wouldn’t bother with them
Most likely, they will want to charge you a fee to *help* you.
If you need help with your student loan, you need to call the lender directly and see if you can defer your payments or work out some other deal.
NEVER pay some company who promises to *help* you with your debt. Most are just out there to help themselves to your wallet.
