Ed Haisch Ed Haisch worked as an officer for the Pearl River Police Department from 1998 to 2002 and again from 2004 to earlier this year when he left to run for chief. Prior to that he worked with the department as a reserve. He is married and has three children. He has lived in Pearl River since he was 5 years old when his family moved here from New Orleans East.
