MANILA, Philippines – The Court of Appeals (CA) has given the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Pasig City the go-signal to summarily decide the petition filed by Caroline Castañeda seeking the issuance of a temporary protection order (TPO) against her husband, former Manila Rep. Mark Jimenez.
