Organized Stalking, DET Harassment, and just plain Abuse

This targeted individual, TI, is being harassed both by electronic means (pulsed energy), and by a group of local Op’s. In the scenes, the pulsed energy appears to come right up through the couch and affects the legs, feet, and kneecaps. Over time, this pulsed energy has the capacity to destroy body tissue, nerves, and internal organs. My situation is not unique. There are many 1000s of TI’s around the world who are being targeted in this way. The organized stalking aspect of this video is being orchestrated by some 5 or 6 local Op’s living at the same apartment complex as the TI. This is just one example out of many, how people’s rights are being seriously violated today, both by physical means and by apparent electronic means, with little or no recourse. This kind of stalking can continue for years until the TI either moves or sucumbs to the long term detrimental effects.
