A California judge has had it with the troubled star and her excuses for not showing up to court. She had a court date, today, to check in on her probation progress. Well Lohan was a no show. But, of course it’s not her fault. Her lawyer says her client is a victim of passport theft. She had every intention of being in court but someone stole her passport while she was partying in Cannes.
