Question by P’rushim: Ok, lets play “you be the Judge”…It’s your Court Room and here’s the case…?
…The defendant is brought in on a charge of “child-abuse” (a serious Felony)…the case… A police officer stopped the car for a head-light that was out… in the back seat, in a “child” seat, was a “2” year old baby…coughing badly. In the front seat was the mother…windows all rollled up and smoking cigaretts to the point of the entire car was filled with her “second hand smoke”… The mother says it’s her “right to smoke”…yet the child who’s strapped in the seat is coughing, uncontrlably… The Police Officer gets the child out of the car to fresh air and arrests the mother for child abuse… Well Your Honor…whats the verdict…? Guilty ? or not… and give your reason why…
