Norwalk Tea Party urges conservatives to be counted
NORWALK — Bill Vitez , 48, a Norwalk certified public accountant, joined the Tea Party Patriots group because he believes his three children will be burdened with enormous debts the federal government has run up from the 2008 American Reinvestment and Recovery Act and what he views as bottomless spending on services and programs.
