NJ official: Medical marijuana rules not ‘hostile’ to patients
TRENTON, N.J. (AP) – New Jersey’s proposed medical marijuana regulations are not designed to fail or be hostile to prospective patients, growers or sellers, the state official behind them said Wednesday.
