New treatment facility focuses on keeping families together
OELWEIN- Through his work in the court system, Fayette County Juvenile Judge Alan Allbee noticed patterns of parents with substance abuse problems. In the last two to five years, he and Department of Human Services Supervisor Angie Freiburger worked to create a treatment center that will come to life next week.
