New online tracking system closes loophole for methamphetamine makers in Missouri
Up to now, meth makers went from pharmacy to pharmacy buying legal limits of cold medicines, and rarely got caught. SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A loophole in state law is now closed with a new computerized tracking system that went into use on Tuesday. When you buy pseudoephedrine, every pharmacy and law officer will know how much you bought.

Pharmacies must adopt database by end of December
