New business recovery center to open in Key West
(AP:KEY WEST, Fla.) The U.S. Small Business Administration is opening a new business recovery center in Key West. The new center, which opens Monday, is expected to help Monroe County small businesses and most private nonprofit organizations affected by the April 20 Deepwater BP PLC oil spill.

Ames water system working after restrictions lifted
Ames’ water system was holding up fine late Saturday, after use restrictions were lifted at 2 p.m., and the water may be declared safe to drink as early as this afternoon, depending on the results of testing.
