need recipe for irish cream cake balls, alcoholic and non alcoholic?

Question by babs: need recipe for irish cream cake balls, alcoholic and non alcoholic?
I saw one the other day using non dairy creamer but cannot locate. I have a bottle of baileys, the non dairy creamer and two chocolate cakes ready to go. Please help!!
I saw one on theinternet last week- purchased ingredients and cannot find the recipe now. I have spent two days searching- no luck. Essentially , instead of mixing frosting into cake crumbs- you just mixed the baileys but I thought someone had tried this or had the recipe.

It seems to me you could just look up a recipe for Irish Cream cake balls. I would think you can substitute Irish Cream flavored liquid dairy creamer for the Bailey’s. An alternative would be to make very strong espresso and add in the Irish Cream dairy creamer at a ratio of 50/50 for a different taste. If you are using just the dairy creamer, you would probably want to make the ones with the real Bailey’s first. That way, if the batch with just dairy creamer seems a little dry, you would know what to aim for when you add water a little at a time to moisten it.
