Here’s the deal. Im admitting that I have an unhealthy addiction to pornography. I live alone right now and im to busy to have a girlfriend because im focusing on school and finances. I always get vulnerable when im alone, frustrated, and my hormones are out of control. I usually relapse like every other week or 2 weeks. When I relapse I end up watching porn for hours in a very compulsive state of mind. This is something that I don’t do everyday, but everyday im fighting the urge until I relapse. Im really not sure of how big of a problem this is from my point of view. I just wanna be free from this and have a healthier state of mind. Please, only real answers and I don’t wanna hear how normal it is because everybody is different.
