Question by Fernando Ramirez: my parents are meth addicts and i want to be legal guardian of my sister?
my parents arent responsible to raise my sister, the reason being is that they are addicted to meth and spend their money on it and they even had their water shut off for five days cause they used the money to buy more. After that i went and got my sister to live with me and my wife and daughter but now she wont give me her social or birth certificate so she can find a part time job.
What should i do?
