Question by Kevin97: My Network and Sharing Center won’t load, there is no icon in the taskbar, and I can’t “Repair Your Computer”?
I have a Dell Vista.
If I open Network and Sharing Center, it says the page will not load in the middle.
The NaSC icon isn’t in the taskbar, no X, no caution sign, no Earth, not even a computer.
I think I deleted my recovery partition, but now I can’t go to the F8 “Repair Your Computer” menu.
I tried a Recovery Disk, but that didn’t work.

you can TRY doing a windows repair. if you have the windows recovery disk, you can do a
then type : sfc /scannow and that will check and replace your damaged files in Windows.
If that doesn’t work, you can call Dell and get new recovery disk.
