You see. I am *OBSESSED* with Cobra Starship. You have no idea how much I love them. In fact, I am listening to “You cant be missed if you never go away,” from their “when the city sleeps, we rule the streets that came out in 2006, as to Viva La Cobra came out in 2007 and Hot Mess came out last August.

I really am obsessed. I promise.

Anyways… I oh so badly want to go to a concert of theirs. But my parents deem it irresponsible to let a 15 year old go to a concert in which their last album had a “parental advisory” sticker on it.

My argument? “I go to public school! I hear these words in every sentence people use!!!”

Their argument? “We know what concerts are like!!!”

Okay mom. I am *PRETTY* sure they wont be peddling cannabis through the crowds, kk?

“KATHERINE! They are a band on a concert tour! You are a fifteen year old girl!”

My issue is that I truly have been hooked for a while now. I love them I could tell you anything about them. And every time I bring it up, they blow me off and say its juts a “phase” and by next month I will be over them and that its not appropriate for me to go.

Bands with Parental Advisory stickers tend to have 16+ concerts.
