Our bedroom gets very hot in the afternoon. I remember that alot of people that work the midnight shift used to put aluminum foil in their window to help make it dark so they could sleep better, and also to make the room cooler so the air conditioner wouldn’t work so hard. If putting foil in the window means I am a “meth head” or “drug user” then I will take it down.

I seriously actually have heard people say this before… so uh, maybe you don’t want to use foil anymore. Try just getting really dark curtains or something.
