I know about bruxism. This guy is grinding while awake! constantly! I am a nurse and the only other time I have seen grinding like this, is in brain injuries. I know either he is currently using meth or used to use.

It depends. A drug test is really the only way to know for sure. He could just have a really bad obnoxious habit of grinding his teeth.
