My friends 13 year old is has VERY bad behavior, he has always had bad behavior but lately it has gotten worse, he wants to be in a gang (GD), he yells at his mom, tells her he wants her to die, hits her, tells her he is going to do what he wants to do, the other day he was on the phone and he said to someone he doesnt got it yet but he is going to get it.. we dont know what that was about but we are assuming drugs. Also, he has been taking his little brother with him who is 10 and think he may be trying to get him to do things with him. We know for sure he has been drinking and doing marijuana but that is all we know. I looked up signs of being on meth and what he has been doing are some signs. She says she has called the police, she has called alot of people and has no clue what to do anymore. She can’t handle him, she was going to send him to boot camp but they told her it was going to cost 21,000 . What can she do? We live in Illinois by the way.

Send him to a foster home, mental institution, or juvi. That is pretty much all you can do
