My father has an addiction to drugs. How can I step in this personal problem? I live near Arcata, California. Which public or cooperative or private organizations would help me provide help in this situation.

you can’t addicts can only help themselves when they want to get better. It wouldn’t hurt to talk to him and explain your concerns.
