my boyfriend and i have been together for 3 years, we now have a 1 yr old little girl. from the start my bf has had anger issues, but i stuck around cause i geuss i saw something else in him. i do love him a lot, but recently are fights have been getting bad, as in screaming throwing things even sometimes little physical contact. to make it even worse, he calls his mom over everytime we fight to “help” but all i feel like is them 2 going up against me, i feel like no one eles sees what i see of him. he says things to me that i wouldnt say to my worst enemy- i block it out because i know im not a peice of shit or a bad mother, i am actually the one who takes care of our daughter day in adn day out. now he threatens me wiht going to the police and telling them things that may or may not be true…(hes a good bullshitter so he could sayanyting) now i dont know if he would actually go threw wiht it or not, but im scared and want to have a back up plan…i quit my job when our daughter was born and have not worked since…so i have no money at all…no place to go since my parents moved out of state a few months ago. even if i wanted out i dont know where i would go- it wouldnt be a big deal but i need a sstable place for my daughter and i to live. also what can i do about haveing evidence of him threatening me or him not being as involved as i am wiht our daughter…i have him on recording threatening me to take her and threatening me to go to cops, i aslo took pictues of all his illegal possesions(bowls, bongs, etc.) but i dont know if thats anything to help, or if i can do anything else to have backup..hes not a bad person..and hes a great dad (when he is) but he needs anger help.. and i feel like im stuck here because i have nothing, gave it all up to be a family and a stay at home mom. i just dont want anythign to harm my chances of her being taken from me i love her death and would honestly die wiht out her, she needs me. she always wants me no one else. i just dont know what to do…

I think it is time to move out. Perhaps you can join your parents for a time until you are on your feet, or go to a women’s shelter. This man does not sound like much of a prize, and if he loved you he would have married you by now.
