ENID, OK — There is new information on the unusual death of an Oklahoma teenager. Linda Renee Tucker, just 15 years old, died while attending a family reunion at Lake Carl Blackwell in Stillwater. She died of acute meth poisoning. Her death was ruled a homicide. U.S. Marshals took Tucker’s mother Doris Rigsby and Rigsby’s boyfriend, Jeff Phillips, into custody in Enid. Both have been charged …
