Morphine withdrawls.Hour 3 AGAIN!!!!! STUPID

What a bloody idiot! In pain in my chest (not unusual) and severe back pain I had one Endone and 50mg Tramal. It made my withdrawls ease up nicely. 12 hours later I though “Great I feel really good.” NOT NOW!!!! Withdrawls have started all over again. So even though this SHOULD BE hour 70 of withdarwls, it is now actually hour 3. Boy do I feel like crap! So sick and in so much pain from all my muscles tensing up. Why oh why did I do this???? I am so angry at myself right now.
