Montvale: Police blotter, July 15
Officer Doug McDowell was working on a traffic detail near the intersection of Chestnut Ridge Road and Powder Hill Road Wednesday, June 30 at 5:05 p.m. when he spotted a northbound vehicle that had an expired inspection sticker displayed in its window.
