Monster

Monster is a music video that takes the viewer inside the mind of a paranoid recreational drug user. The main character Jess is young, bored, and isolated. She feels suffocated and lost in her reality, so she escapes through cocaine use. As she indulges, with progressively larger amounts of the drug, her attempt at escaping succumbs to a paranoid hell. On her TV is a man, the host of a vintage suspense show, who appears to enter her apartment. In Jesss hallucinations of this man, her psychosis eventually takes over, and reality and paranoid delusion become one.
