Monroe man allegedly beat toddlers with bike tire pump
MONROE — Police are investigating whether a Monroe man used a tire pump to beat a pair of toddlers, one so badly the child bled. Ivan J. Belardo, 37, was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for investigation of two counts of third-degree assault early Monday morning.
