Question by Democracy, it can happen to you: Mexico promotes illegal immigration to US but not illegal immigration to Mexico?
“Mexican President Felipe Calderon also spoke out against the bill, saying it “opens the door to intolerance, hate, discrimination, and abuse in law enforcement” and that border relations would suffer.”

If you live in the southern border towns of mexico in the black communities you are considered illegal, even your children are illegal if born in mexico. this goes on for generations and generation.
many people related it to slavery quality of living under the mexican government.
