Mexico Claims Millionaire Sold Meth Chemical

Mexico officials say a top Chinese-Mexican businessman admitted to US prosecutors that he sold tons of a chemical used to make meth on the black market. The man’s lawyers vehemently deny the claim. (Oct. 23)
