Methamphetamine manufacturing is not only risky for the “cook,” it’s also dangerous for people who run across the hazardous waste created in the process, emergency responders offering aid in the case of accidents, and the cook’s friends, family and neighbors. Then there are the farmers who use anhydrous ammonia, a component used in meth making, and business people who sell it.
