McCready suffers apparent drug overdose
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Tuesday afternoon that North Fort Myers native, country music singer and reality television star Mindy McCready suffered an apparent drug overdose. Tony Schall, spokesperson for the sheriff’s office, said deputies responded to a call at 10:38 a.m. at McCready’s family home in North Fort Myer.
