Marijuana law: Does anyone know what this means as far as consequences?
Hi there,
I’ve had a really eery feeling as my children’s father hasn’t worked in a while or paid their child support based on minimum wage but buying them expensive toys I can’t even afford. I can barely afford to feed and clothe them from my wage. I was online with a friend and stumbled upon something recently that he has been in court for this:
1 11359 HS F Possession for sale of marijuana
2 11358 HS F Cultivation of marijuana
3 11360(a) HS F Sale or transport of marijuana
4 11357(a) HS F Possession of concentrated cannabis

anyone know what California law is on this. . .would he be going to some sort of rehab because of this? I do wish he would get some rehab as this has been a issue for him for like 2 decades! The D.A. is involved and the court case was heard on Dec 9th but there was no arraignment noted in the notes. . .anyone know what can happen?

.

Those are not ‘rehab’ cases. Rehab is for those who have a drug problem. Your ex has a drug TRAFFICKING problem, and that means felonies and that means jail. He doesn’t have two prior convictions, does he? If he does, he’s gone for life.
