Man Who Threatened President of Kent Recovery Facility Must Undergo Exam (Web First)
LITCHFIELD — A homeless man from New Jersey who threatened the CEO of a substance abuse recovery center in Kent was ordered in Bantam Superior Court Monday to undergo an examination for alcohol or drug dependence based on charges of first degree threatening, first degree harassment and second degree breach of peace.
