Man sentenced to state prison for fatal crash
WEST CHESTER – A Common Pleas Court judge on Wednesday sentenced Brian O’Neill to a minimum of more than 3½ years in a state prison for causing the deaths of a Norristown couple in a motor vehicle collision in which he drove the wrong way on Route 202 after smoking marijuana.
