Man accused of swindling elderly woman gets 30 years
There were many mental health diagnoses given for Roger Greenberg on Tuesday, in testimony aimed to earn the ex-convict a more lenient sentence for swindling an 86-year-old Silver Spring woman by embezzling more than $90,000, forging his name into her will and marrying her in a taxicab.
