Making meth with bug spray?

Question by Justico P: Making meth with bug spray?
My stupid friend is trying to convince me that you can make a type of meth or something by electrifying a screen from a screen door and spraying bug spray on it… that some crystals will form from this and you can smoke it. Im not looking for stupid guesses or opinions here, just actual facts. Thanks
