Lions president Tom Lewand tests at twice legal limit for alcohol
Detroit Lions president Tom Lewand’s blood-alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit in breath tests administered by Roscommon County Sheriff’s deputies during a Friday night arrest, according to a police report obtained by The Detroit News.
