Lindsay Lohan’s SCRAM Bracelet Goes Off at MTV Movie Awards Party

The New York Daily News is reporting that Lindsay Lohan’s SCRAM bracelet went off at an MTV Movie Awards after-party. According to a Daily News source, the company monitoring Lohan for alcohol use, notified authorities on Tuesday she was in violation. The judge is expected to get the report either today or tomorrow. If the judge determines Lohan was drinking Lindsay most likely would have to attend an emergency hearing and could end up in jail.
