Lancaster-based Judge Hayden Zacky Violated Civil Rights of Substance Abusers

Zacky Farms’ Chicken, Lancaster-based Los Angeles Superior Court youthful and handsome Judge Hayden Zacky unfairly and illegally denied the benefits of Californian Proposition 36 ( Substance Abuse and Treatment Act 2001 ) to jailed defendents, under false pretext of abolishing Proposition 36, which has never happened. At a summer court session, this right wing extremist Superior Court Judge Hayden Zacky acted unethically and called me a ” perve” during hearing my case , while I was a defendent in his court and was sitting in defendent’s chair. I demand that California Bar Association and Independent Panel of Judges issued a serious censure against civil rights offender Hayden Zacky who allowed an Armenian female spy slip unchallenged, without her lawyer’s license checked by negligent Los Angeles County Sheriff Deputies. I have seen this young and slim female Armenian ( Communist agent ) spy woman posing as a prosecutor and dancing a jiga dance inside courtroom A17 during court recess on August 16th, 2009.
