Knoblock denies Paquette’s early release
BAD AXE — Huron County Circuit Court Judge M. Richard Knoblock Tuesday afternoon shot down the early parole for Philip J. Paquette, who was convicted in the 1992 murder of Michael R. Gravelle in Caseville Township. Prior to Tuesday’s action, members of a parole board gave the Michigan Department of Corrections the green light this spring for Paquette’s release from prison.
