Question by Candace L: Kelley Adolescent Treatment Center who knows anything about it??Or about Placement?
My friend is in placement and I really want to know what that means.He is staying at this place called the Kelley Adolescent Treatment Center in el centro,ca.He has been there for about 3 months.I would like to know what it is,what the living conditions are,and why they are allowed to come home every other weekend.

They are trying to decide if he is worthy of helping. He has great living conditions.
