TROUP – Tuesday night the Troup city council voted unanimously to permanently ban the sale and use of K2 within city limits.  However, water pipes can still be sold for tobacco use.

Norfolk shooting suspect turns himself in
NORFOLK The suspect in a shooting outside a convenience store turned himself in on Tuesday, police said. Thomas Lundy Jr., 68, of the 800 block of Workwood Road has been charged with malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
