Judge gives life in prison to drug dealer
A Willis man, Billy Jack Cobbs Jr., has been sentenced to life in prison in the 221st District Court of Judge Lisa Michalk in Montgomery County. Cobbs was found guilty of Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Deliver — a first degree felony.
