What job opportunities are they when wanting to work in an addiction rehab center? Would I need to go to school for nursing? Or something else?

Nursing is one possibility with a specialty in mental health nursing, counseling (social work, psychology) is another and occupational therapy or music or art therapy may also be possibilities. Sometimes personal experience in overcoming addiction or dealing with addiction in family members is considered important. It would be helpful to talk with directors at several centers and see what they recommend for their different approaches to the problem.
