Jim Tuscher of St. Louis, Missouri talks about working alongside Ed Roberts, progressing the independent living movement in Missouri, and disability culture. Jim has served as chairperson of the Missouri Council on Disability and vice president for public policy for Paraquad. He stood on the White House Lawn when President Bush signed the ADA in 1990.
