Its getting around at school that I’m addicted to cocaine. How do I handle this?

I’ve been hearing that someone found out about my cocaine addiction and they have already told someone else that didn’t know. How do I handle this if it gets around all of school? Should I deny it? I don’t want a reputation as a crackhead! And please no rude comments like don’t be doing drugs in the first place cause I’m getting help.
